I’m the type of person who order the same thing every day. I normally go to the store in Parker rd but this day I need to take a different route and I ended in this store. I always order my matcha with two extra matcha and I pay for. After letting know to the person in the drive thru that my drink was wrong she called someone name Mariam. Not sure if she was the manager but she was rude, arguing with me while clients were waiting. She ended remaking my drink just to make it the same and try to make her point that she did it right in the first place. I never experienced this kind of service from a Starbucks. They are normally very nice and if they do the drink wrong they just remake it but definitely don’t argue with the customer. She keep telling me that I need to pay for extra matcha when I already pay 1.30 dollar extra for that. This is not the service expected in a Starbucks. When I pulled my car I could see the first person who talked to me in the drive thru laughing and making jokes. Very disappointed with this location. Customer services went so down lately.

This location is fast & fabulous! It was my second time to go there. It is the best Customer Service & they are super fast. There was a guy at the drive-through window the first visit and he was so nice. I just can’t remember his name. But he was wonderful. And then I had a girl named Isabel take my order this morning.. What Isabel did not know is that I had been Very upset before I ever got there. I am in new city iand a new job. Very homesick. Her smile and her smooth, calming voice absolutely lifted my spirits. She was friendly, accurate and she made my whole day. People like her is who you want with you in an emergency. She has a knack for being calm, Friendlyand peaceful And spreading that vibe.😌 🤗😊💕 I wish every retail business had this kind of Customer Service.

I was very excited to have this location open, it's quite convenient for me. However, it has not been the best experience. Everytime I go my drink is made differently than before. It's always the same drink so I'm not sure why the change but when I tried asking about it, I was quickly and rudely told it was made exactly as ordered and it's correct. We can ignore the fact that I've ordered that same drink for literally years and no, it's not made correctly. The tables are always dirty too. They seem to have full staff but while I was waiting for my order (which came 13 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready) I noticed how chatty the staff was with each other. They'd stop what they were doing to seemingly gossip and that slowed things down. The drive thru staff was working very hard but the ones focusing on in store customers were not and I'm fairly confident it was the manager working with in store customers. When it came time for my drink to be finished, I got this sad looking mixture of some coffee, majority foam and it was covered in a small dollop of melted whipped cream. Which was odd because I was sitting right there when it was finished and it had not been sitti
